The Presidential Elections Petition Tribunal (PEPT), has finally set a date for the hearing of the judgement, for the Peter Obi and Labour Party’s case against Bola Tinubu, INEC, Shettima and APC.
Peter Obi and Labour Party filled a case at the tribunal on the 20th of March this year, to challenge the outcome of the February 20 Presidential election, stating he has facts that he won the election.
Evidences were presented to the judges on different days, and the evidences were admitted by the court for further investigation and proper checking.
September 16 2023, which was the already scheduled date for final court proceedings, as been picked as the day to hear the judgement of the court.

That same day is also the Judgement date for the PDP’s case of Atiku against APC, INEC and Tinubu, on the same case.
