Popular Music star, Ikuforiji Olaitan Abdulrahman, popularly known as Oxlade, has come out to reveal why he dropped out of school, when he was in final year.
Oxlade was a student of Lagos State University (LASU), until his final year, where he decided to drop out, after consistent pressure from cultists at the time.
26 year-old Oxlade, who was born and raised in Surulere area of Lagos State, granted an interview on the Tea with Tay Podcast yesterday, where he opened up on his life at Lasu.
“During my university days, I was always in the church reading Bible and books. Then I dropped out in my final year. I’ve never said this before. I dropped out when some boys were trying to make me join gang,” he said.
He dropped out in 2019, from the department of History and International Relations, and he has since grown into a big artiste, after releasing a series of hit singles.
His sex tape had surfaced online in February 2022, without the knowledge of the lady involved in the video.
